Joanna Jay

Joanna is a Clinical Operations leader with expertise in building and scaling clinical programs within fast-moving biotech environments.

Before joining Octant, Joanna served in progressive leadership roles, driving execution across multiple Phase 2 registrational trials and Phase 1 first-in-human studies. Her experience spans the full arc of clinical-stage biotech growth, from establishing foundational infrastructure to managing a global portfolio of studies across diverse regulatory jurisdictions.

Joanna completed her MBA at Boston University and received a BA in Psychology from UC Merced.
